Once the payment has been made through our payment gateway, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds on our annual subscription or any products or services sold on our platform.

For exceptional situations, where a payment may have been made in error, you may immediately inform us within 3 hours of the payment. Our support team will work to resolve/reverse the payment in 5 – 7 working days.
